• All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday), excluding holidays.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

• We offer standard shipping on all domestic orders.

• Estimated delivery is typically 3-5 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

• Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

International Shipping

• At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping options in the future.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• We may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the website and applied at checkout.

Incorrect Address Information

• It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

• Please review your shipping information carefully before finalizing your order. Make It Forge is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment at the customer's expense.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Make It Forge is no longer liable for lost or stolen packages.

• If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to provide any information needed to assist with your claim.
